Request an Appearance

To request an appearance by an RTD representative, fill out the form below to let us know you are interested.

A confirmation email will be sent after your request is submitted. If you do not receive a response within one week, please contact Community Engagement.

RTD will only consider event and presentation requests that are submitted at least THREE WEEKS in advance.

RTD reserves the right to determine what events in which it participates based on the following parameters:

• Relevance to RTD’s mission;
• Availability of resources; and
• Timing and location (RTD attends events within RTD’s District).
• Number of people engaged/participating (at least 15 for presentations)
